Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected and the order's image is recorded before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. Custom cut fabric cannot be returned.

Most orders are shipped U.S. Priority Mail. Very large orders may be shipped FedEx.
We also ship to military APO or FPO address. Special rates to support our military families.

Color Accuracy
We employ a professional color managed workflow to ensure that images are processed as accurately as possible. Cameras, lighting and our computer monitors are regularly checked and calibrated using professional calibration equipment. We regularly update our color profiles as part of our standard workflow.
However, because of age, monitor type, video card settings and your individual computer’s settings, we obviously cannot guarantee that what you see will be perfectly accurate. Every computer will display colors differently. Even ambient room light and room color will affect image color.
